Just like the 10 Day High - Low chart in the previous post, the 52 Week New Highs set higher bars than yesterday, but not strong enough to move the 5 day moving average back to the upward direction. The net score is therefore a 0. When added to the previous scores of 0 and +2 our overall score tonight is +2. Last night we were at -6, so that is a bullish improvement with momentum heading up.
There is much that can fail in here as the weakness in the RUT in particular today was disappointing as far as follow through strength.
